As part of my Postgraduate degree in User Experience, I conducted a heuristic analysis of "ContÁgil," a Brazilian accounting platform from a startup. I began by consulting with the company owner to understand the main issues users were facing, which were based on complaints and support requests. From this feedback, I selected two workflows to focus on: the process of issuing invoices and reconciling bank statements for accounting purposes. I analyzed each step in these workflows, identifying areas for improvement using Nielsen's heuristics. In addition to reworking the product’s structure, I also created a new UI to enhance the overall user experience and visual design.

Accountability
