In this project, I revamped an existing HR dashboard, not only improving its usability but also completely redesigning its UI. I conducted a thorough usability analysis, gathering feedback from end users to understand their pain points and restructuring the platform’s features accordingly. I also introduced new functionalities to enhance the product. The dashboard allows HR teams to manage candidate hiring, create job postings, apply tests, and oversee the entire recruitment process. This redesign aimed to improve both the user experience and the visual design, making the platform more intuitive and visually engaging.
